Get ready for BACK TO SCHOOL time! Slidell Urgent Care is opening August 1st to serve the Slidell community by hosting a Grand Opening Back to School event with FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS, blood pressure screenings, glucose checks, and more!
Pick up a FREE backpack full of school supplies and other fun free giveaways while supplies last! We will have food, face painting, a bounce house, and lots more FUN! PLUS a chance to win your school uniforms and entire school supply list PAID FOR BY MAXEM HEALTH! The Blood Center will also be on location, so please call 228-223-1927 or message us on Facebook to sign up! ALL donors will receive a free t-shirt and entry to win a VISA gift card, PLUS extra entry in the School Supply drawing! Come out Wednesday and have some fun with us and get ready to go back to school. Tour our new clinic and let us show you how excited we are to be a part of the Slidell community. This is a totally FREE event and open to the public!
